Remanufactured Ink Cartridges & Toners, Compatible Ink Cartridges & Toners

All of our ACK Imaging branded products are backed by a LIFETIME 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from ACK Imaging is covered from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.

Non-ACK Branded Product Returns (OEM Items)

Original Manufacturer Brand Inks and Toners

If ordered incorrectly, we do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges. Please check your item against printer model number for accuracy before opening. Unopened, defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for concerns dealt with 16-30 days after the date of purchase. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone.

 Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages

Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.

Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.


Wrong cartridge purchased? As long as the product is unopened and in sellable condition we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. Please call our customer care no-9910495682 (Extn-2) and we can get you taken care of!

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.

Return Timeline

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.

Exchange/ Refund conditions:

  • Damaged products or Deficient on Arrival: Free replacement within 14 days.
  • Wrong shipment by ACK Imaging Store: Free replacement within 14 days.
  • Incorrect order placed by customer: Free replacement within 14 days for unopened product.
  • Customer needs an alternate product: Free replacement within 14 days for unopened* product.
  • Order cancellation: No charges if items are not shipped. In case of shipped orders, the returns policy will apply.
  • Refund with 5% cancellation charges for cancellation requests sent within 14 days for unopened* products only.
  • *Unopened items to be returned or replaced must be in the original packing with all inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card if any.



  • Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
  • Original shipping and handling charges aren’t refunded.
  • If the payment was by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account.
  • Typically refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card and net banking orders.

To process a return

  • We only accept returns for orders placed with the ACK Online Store or by telephonic call on Customer Support No.
  • Returns requests will be initiated only after Mandatory filling of RMA Form (Return Material Authorization Form)
  • Always prepare the following information before calling our customer care executive. It is mandatory so as to avoid unnecessary support issues
